Laguna Pro 37" Widebelt Sander

Wide boards and thick stock need serious sanding power, and a single motor option doesn't fit every shop's electrical setup. Available in 10HP single phase or 20HP three phase, the Laguna Pro 37" Widebelt Sander dimensions and finishes stock with one combination head.

Combination Head Runs Drum and Platen Sanding - The single head lets you sand with the drum, the platen, or both together, matching the method to the job.
Variable Speed Conveyor Adjusts Feed Rate - A separate 1HP motor drives the carpet feed belt from 12 to 60 FPM so you can match feed speed to material and finish.
Auto Thickness Gauge Simplifies Setup - The gauge measures your stock and sets table height automatically, cutting down setup time between passes.
Air Operated Disc Brake Stops Belt Quickly - The sanding belt motor brake engages with air pressure to stop the belt fast, adding control during operation.

Set it up once and you can move from rough dimensioning to final finish passes without changing machines.
