Laguna SuperBrush 24" Double-Head Sander

Hand sanding raw, sealed, or primed parts is slow, and results change from one piece to the next. The Laguna SuperBrush 24" Double-Head Sander feeds parts under two brush heads for steady, even finishing across a full production run.

Dual Brush Heads Reach Profiles and Edges - Two brush heads work each part in sequence, reaching profiles and edges that flat sanders and hand work often miss.
Variable Brush and Conveyor Speeds Match the Job - Brush speed runs from 400 to 1200 RPM and the conveyor from 0 to 30 FPM, so you can set anything from a light scuff to a wire brushed texture.
Tension Rollers Keep Stock From Slipping - Adjustable rollers hold parts firmly on the conveyor so each piece feeds straight and gets the same finish.
Quick Change Brush Heads Speed Setup - Brush heads swap out fast, letting you move between raw wood sanding, sealer sanding, and texturing with little downtime.

Load a stack of raised panel doors after sealer, set the speeds once, and every door comes off the conveyor with the same smooth finish.
