Laguna SuperBrush 36" Double-Head Sander

Hand sanding sealer coats, breaking edges, and distressing boards slows down every production run. The Laguna SuperBrush 36" Double-Head Sander handles that finishing work with two brush heads and a conveyor feed, so parts come out consistent.

Two Brush Heads Finish More in One Pass - Two 7-1/2 HP brush heads work the stock back to back, so you can open grain, denib, or break edges in a single trip.
Variable Brush and Conveyor Speeds Dial In the Finish - Brush speed runs from 400 to 1200 RPM and the conveyor runs from 0 to 30 FPM, so you can go light for scuff sanding or heavy for texturing.
Reversible First Brush Adds Finishing Options - Running the first brush in either direction gives you more control over how it works the surface.
ProScale Digital Readout Tracks Stock Thickness - The DRO shows material removed per pass and the actual thickness at the outfeed, so you can hit your target without test pieces.

Run a stack of cabinet doors through after the sealer coat and send them straight to topcoat without hand sanding.
