Laguna SuperBrush 49" Double-Head Sander

Hand sanding profiled parts, sealer coats, and raw stock eats up shop hours and leaves uneven results from piece to piece. The Laguna SuperBrush 49" Double-Head Sander runs parts past two brush heads on a conveyor for steady, repeatable finishing.

Twin 10 HP Brush Heads Cover More in One Pass - Each head runs on its own 10 HP motor, and the first brush can reverse direction to change how it works the surface.
Variable Brush Speed With RPM Gauge Matches the Finish - Brush speed adjusts from 400 to 1200 RPM and shows on a gauge, so you can go light for sealer scuffing or work harder on raw wood.
ProScale DRO Shows Stock Thickness at a Glance - The digital readout shows how much material comes off each pass and the actual thickness as parts exit, so you hit your target without guesswork.
Variable Speed Conveyor Controls Sanding Time - The direct drive conveyor adjusts from 0 to 30 feet per minute, letting you slow down for heavy work or speed up for light passes.

Feed a run of raised panel doors through after sealer, and they come out scuffed and ready for topcoat without an afternoon of hand sanding.
