Laguna SuperBrush 49" Single-Head Sander

Hand sanding profiles, edges, and textured panels takes hours and rarely gives the same finish twice. The Laguna SuperBrush 49" Single-Head Sander uses a rotating brush head to sand wide panels and shaped parts evenly as they feed through.

Variable Speed Brush Head Controls the Finish - Brush speed adjusts from 400 to 1200 RPM, so you can go light for scuff sanding or heavier for texturing.
Variable Speed Conveyor Sets the Feed Rate - A direct drive DC motor feeds stock from 0 to 15 feet per minute to match the brush and the finish you want.
Adjustable Tension Rollers Keep Stock From Slipping - The rollers hold parts down on the steel conveyor bed so each piece stays steady under the brush.
Quick Change Brush Head Speeds Setup - Brush heads and abrasive loadings swap out quickly, so moving from sealer sanding to wire brushing takes less downtime.

Feed a stack of raised panel doors through after sealer and they come out evenly scuffed and ready for topcoat.
